It would be very helpful to add an "Order By" column to the list of fields in Settings/Edit Profile Fields. This would allow the user to select the order in which the fields are presented to the user on other screen in OpenEMM.

As an example on the Edit Recipient Information. The More Profile data could then ordered to reflect the needs of the user.
