open-rate statistics

Hello everybody,
I got a question regarding the open-rate statistics (OpenEMM 5.5.1 on WinXP).
It only gives me some of the mail-domains. E.g. There have been 98 recipients downloaded the "tracking-pixel" but it only shows me 48 domains. The rest is only listed as figure: "Others: 50"
How do I see every single domain from which the tracking-pixel was downloaded?
Thanks in advance. And thanks for a great product.
Best,
PFX

Only the top domains are listed in the frontend. If you want to dig deeper you need to manually access the database with a SQL select statement.

can you specify which table on the database to select to, to get the other domains?

Download extension development guide from SourceForge and have a look at appendix A:

Hi, As a (relatively) non tech user is there any way to see this information. For us to view the users that have open the email is a key requirement- I am surprised it not part of the interface?
I noticed plugins for the product - has anyone written one to show better reporting?
thanks

If you want to track openings individually you have to define an "open action" in tab "trackable links" which sets a flag in a profile field of the recipient.

You can find a documentation of the OpenEMM database schema in the appendix of the Extension Development Guide.
