Possible bug:umlauts

How can i use umlauts (like ä,ö,ü) the text version and html version of a template ?
When saving the interface change them with some other strange chars.
I tried both charsets 1,15
I'm using openemm 5.0.0 . Did u change anything in this way in the latest versions? I really dont want to reinstall if its possible.
