mysql connection fails

just after installation when I'm trying to enter login area I get an error
I havent's changed agnitas' password, and mysqld is up and running, has permission to enter from that IP and the problems started after reinstallation of OpenEMM..
where 'MY_IP' is correct IP and worked on that before...An error occurred
