How to use smart-relay about OpenEMM 5.5.0-1

I didn't want use sendmail as my smtp server for delivery mail out.
I setup like Document of 《InstallGuide_OpenEMM-5.5.pdf》
but it didn't like working, list my file /home/openemm/conf/smart-relay
<stanly>:<hello1234>@<smtp.example.com>
is this syntax right?or maybe smtp.example.com can be replace by IP Address.
another question ,if this SMTP Server didn't need Account for delivery mail,in other words,this SMTP Server is an OpenRelay SMTP Server,how can i configure this file for working.
now my all mailings can't sent any mail to recipient.
somebody can help me,thanks a lot..

now,i find localhost listen on port 8025 by python daemon for smtp proxy.
and I edit my file smart-relay like this:
-:-@172.10.10.1
I find some errors in file /home/openemm/var/log/20080805-localhost-semu.log , but i can't understand what's problem,the mail can't send out to my 163.com's mailbox.
