Can you check your runtime version?

Most of the Installation/Update checks are failing if the installed module is newer...

Runtime should not try to downgrade Runtime and Java.

By the way, the version 23.10.000.170 is broken and cannot be installed,
there is one subfolder too many: /home/openemm/release/emm/openemm-gui-23.10.000.170/openemm-gui-git-23.10.000.170.

The problem with that ...-git subdirectory was fixed in the now available files.
