anyone offering OpenEMM as a web service?

Does anyone know if there is a commercial service available that offers OpenEMM as a web service?

We are currently using constantcontact.com, cutting and pasting email addresses from our database into their web forms, interfacing via their web page interface (using a browser, and a human!)... and it's of course a pain and not very sophisticated or efficent way of doing things.

I have an excellent PHP programmer and i realize that we can integrate OpenEMM on our own, but it seems that using a service like "constantcontact.com" or "askemma.com" -- but one that allowed us to interface dynamically through our own scripts -- and update mailing lists from our database -- this would seem to be a great alternative to having to host our own OpenEMM and build our own integration/web service wtih OpenEMM (or hire a a consultant like Agnitas to help us do so...).

Just in terms of time and efficiency it would seem worth it to use such a service, and we could focus our energies on our core business instead.

Our constantcontact.com bill is currently $50/month but it would be worth it to spend more with a more sophisticated service that allows us to do communicate with it and integrate with it in an automated way, making server calls to it etc.

Anyone know if such a service exists?
