Where to download OpenEmm Binaries for installation

Can you update the binaries?
There is only the runtime binaries availabe at the download Portal.
Looks like 14.1MB is not a complete OpemEMM 2019.
All SQL scripts and Webapps are missing.

Install the runtime, launch OpenEMMInstaller.sh and use menu 4 to download backend and frontend versions of OpenEMM. See the OpenEMM Wiki for details:

I don´t get any menu at all.
This is what i get after starting the installer.
[openemm@openemm ~]$ sudo ./bin/OpenEMMInstaller.sh -debug
