OpenEMM-5.0.2 on VMWARE

Hi,
We have testing the VMWARE image of OpenEMM and we got some problems.
We have not yet put it on production enviroment, and this test were done only clicking the options. We get:
Ein Fehler ist aufgetreten
Ursache: javax.servlet.ServletException: javax.servlet.jsp.JspTagException: org.springframework.jdbc.UncategorizedSQLException: Hibernate operation: Cannot open connection; uncategorized SQLException for SQL [???]; SQL state [null]; error code [0]; Cannot get a connection, pool exhausted; nested exception is org.apache.commons.dbcp.SQLNestedException: Cannot get a connection, pool exhausted
On the link:

This is very strange as the VPS load it's ok and it is using OpenEMM in exclusive.
Any ideas ?
