I transferred several thousands email from my previous email sw to openemm... i havent used this list for a while, and it looks like lots of spammers got registered with old mailing list sw... anyhow, after my first mailing out, approx 600 emails got bounced...
i would now like to delete these 600 recipients from my db. how do i do that?
if i go to -recipients-overview and filter with the right mailing list, and Recipient status: bounced, i see them all... But now how to delete them without doing manual delete of every one...
thanks,
Jaka
Deleting bounced recipients

A bit late on the reply, but, the method I use is to make an export profile that exports all the bounced recipients.
After that, I can re-import them but adding in a custom field entry called "Delete" so that all the bounced email accounts will have a custom field that has "Delete = 1".
I then have a target group that consists of all contacts where the Delete field equals 1. You then just click the delete matching contacts link in the Target group page.
A bit of a pain, but it works.
