coordinate with Drupal?

Post by storyleader »

Has anyone investigated the possibilities of integrating OpenEMM with Drupal (6 or 7)?

At a minimum, I would like a Drupal module that:

1. Allows users to manage their OpenEMM mailing list subscriptions on their Drupal user pages; and

2. Gives at least one-way synching (Drupal -> OpenEMM) for users' personal information (e.g., email address, name, state/province, country).

Has anyone tried this? Heard of someone who has tried it?

Is anyone interested in taking this on? (I could fund at least part of the effort.)

Is there a better approach? I don't mind administering OpenEMM separately. But I want it to be transparent to my Drupal users.

I am interested on your idea storyleader. It will be better if there is a synchronization of mails, privacy, etc that is all about our profile.
