Newbie Dev question - Statistics and Client area

Hi All - We have done some work on the platform but we are stuck with two issues, please excuse my ignorance here. Can any one enlighten me in an easy to understand way - 1. can there be an improvement on the statistics? ie can it be possible to track the clicks specifically and with full measureability? - 2. is there a way to duplicate the platform so that you can have a seperate copy for different people to use - so if you hosted it in one place other people could access it with a clean menu and only have their data in it?
