Siwtch Off OpenRelay in Pyhton SMTP proxy

We are setting up Open EMM 5.5.1, Windows Version.

By default, internal SMTP server (Python SMTP proxy) is configured as Open Relay.

How to switch off? Altenative to use another MTA in Windows?
