dsn error only to some domains

Hello,
Has anyone run into this before. Running Openemm 2013.
When sending emails to att.net, sbcglobal,net, bellsouth.net, or pacbell.net we get an error of dsn=5.2.0 in the mail log. Why are we getting this error?
