Bounce stats problem

It seems that the generation of the bounce stats graph produces an error (calling mailing_stat.do;jsessionid=<someid> with action=15&mailingID=43&urlID=0). The bounce overview graph is ok. It says that there are e.g. 7.9 % bounces. Recipient count is ok.
After clicking "Bounces" (to show the details) the hourglass animation is displayed for some seconds and suddenly there is a blank page.
Later I renamed the softbounce_email_tbl (";" removed). But stats keep producing blank pages.
