How to set Low priority for bounce mails?

Hi

We have been using openemm 6.2 . How can we send a mails which are in bounce list,after the mailing list is finished...?

You may export (hard) bounced addresses and import them for a new mailing list. But why would you want to send emails to bounced addresses? (Softbounces are managed by OpenEMM, no need to resend them.)
