How can we process the Softbounces in extbounce.fail

Hi
While experimenting with the bounce management we figguered that our Softbounce.sh script had not been run to process the softbounces.
In "openemm/var/spool/log" there is a file called "extbounce.fail" containing the failed softbounces.
Is there a way to process the entries in "extbounce.fail" in order to process all previous softbounces?
Please advices.
