Another one ...

Hello,

I still didn't succeed in setting up bounce management, maybe someone can give me a hint what might go wrong.

I've got a mailing list for testing purposes with only one single recipient, the email address is non-existant. The mail to this recipient is sent and bounces as expected. Here's the log of my sendmail:

Nov 22 10:51:29 mail xmlback[10682]: mail creation: 0;1;1;10;89;A;1;0;1;1;2018
Nov 22 10:51:44 mail sendmail[10685]: 29baT907600000001: to=<does_not_exist@myrecipient.de>, delay=00:00:15, xdelay=00:00:00, mailer=relay, pri=0, relay=relay.our_provider.de. [1.2.3.4], dsn=2.0.0, stat=Sent (ok 1164189192 qp 13298)
Nov 22 10:51:44 mail sendmail[10686]: kAM9piTt010686: from=<>, size=1232, class=0, nrcpts=1, msgid=<200611220951.kAM9piTt010686@mail.my_domain.de>, proto=SMTP, daemon=MTA, relay=relay.our_provider.de [1.2.3.4]
Nov 22 10:51:44 mail sendmail[10686]: kAM9piTt010686: Milter add: header: X-AGNMailloop: from=<>,rid=local,to=<info@my_domain.de>
Nov 22 10:51:44 mail sendmail[10686]: kAM9piTt010686: Milter add: header: X-AGNLoop: set
Nov 22 10:51:44 mail sendmail[10688]: kAM9piTt010686: to=admin@my_domain.de, delay=00:00:00, xdelay=00:00:00, mailer=relay, pri=31548, relay=relay.our_provider.de [1.2.3.4], dsn=2.0.0, stat=Sent (ok 1164189193 qp 16165)

Is the part "X-AGNMailloop: from=<>" ok?

I've set up everything according to the Install.PDF. Well, on OpenEMM the bounced mail isn't recognised, /home/openemm/var/spool/log keeps empty. I replaced "http://rdir.de" in the database by bounce.my_domain.de.
Ok, I renamed "softbounce_email_tbl;" to "softbounce_email_tbl", since I assume the ";" is too much.
After all, the bounce counter in the Statistic-Tab keeps Zero.

Any clues, anybody?

TIA

Yes, this is ok, as the mail is coming from the mailer daemon. There is no real mail address to avoid possible endless loops.

Alright, I think I'm stuck at this same point now too.

Both the bounce managers seem to be working for me now, check the database bounce_tbl and see if your bounce is showing up in there.
