(Maybe Bug) WebService: sendMailing

If you use the above webservice but specify "A" as the sendGroup - no emails are delivered. This may sound like a strange scenario but we are using OpenEMM to deal with mailings which are generated dynamically and this feature would allow us to capture the first "x" email so we are sure they work after which we can switch to "W". With the current setup that's not possible.
