BETA of OpenEMM 20.10 available

If you upgrade your runtime to a version 20.10.x, you are offered to download the BETA of OpenEMM 20.10. Since it is BETA, you should not update your production environment, yet.

The openemm package of OpenEMM 20.10 should work for both RedHat/CentOS and SLES.
