Where can I download the latest runtime version? On your website it is still 19.10.009.016 and in the OpenEMM Updater is no newer version available either.

Thanks,

If you select menu "Install or update package from AGNITAS Website" in OpenEMMInstaller, which version of the runtime is offered to you?

Now the Download works. But after installing the new python version using your manual I get this error when starting the OpenEMMInstall: "Mandatory python mysql module is missing!". Eventhough it is installed already. I can get OpenEMM 20.04 running when I remove the symlink for Python3.8 but that's not the way it is supposed to work I guess.

In the meantime there is a new version of the runtime available. Please update the Installer to this version.

I've updated the runtime to version 20.04.000.026. I still have the same problem. Is there an even newer version available? If so, where do I find it? I already tried to update the runtime again but there was no newer version found by the updater.

Is there any other Python version installed on your server?

Yes Python2.7. It is required by many systemcomponents, therefore I can uninstall it. But I changed the environmentvariables for the openemm-user to use Python 3.8.2

And you did "python3 -m pip install mysqlclient" and it worked?

That actually didn't work. I get this error

I found the error. I had to run "yum install python-devel mysql-devel". After installing these packages i was able to run
"python3 -m pip install mysqlclient". After everything worked fine.

Thanks for your assistance :)
