Missing CSS file: reportstyles.css

The "Statistics" page (/mailing_stat.do) references a CSS file that's not included in OpenEMM, /styles/reportstyles.css If you load this page, you'll see the browser get a 404 when requesting the file.
Without this CSS file, the stats page looks fairly wonky. At least, it doesn't look nearly as good as the screenshot in the User Guide, which I believe it's supposed to look like.
