OpenEMM-2013 sendmail process fails on sendmail alias proces

It appears that the OpenEMM-2013 "sendmail process" is unable to deal with "normal" sendmail alias entries that are NOT a list of addresses. That is, if the alias value is a program or an external included file (":include:"), the final alias resolution expected from "normal" sendmail does not occur and the "OpenEMM sendmail process" stops.
In other words, it appears that the "OpenEMM sendmail process" only performs one level of (normal) sendmail alias resolutions/transformations. If that happens to result in a non-deliverable address (eg; alias "program" or alias "external include file"), then nothing is delivered nor are there any error messages logged - it is "silently ignored".
