I believe it's a bug as I didn't intend this result and didn't do anything special. So the problem is that while I was trying to use trackable links as default behaviour from my template (which doesn't seem to be possible), I ended up losing the template and find it back as a regular mailing.
I can't currently reproduce this, but I checked the log and here is what appears :
