this email was created, tested and sent with brand-new release 6.2 of OpenEMM, which we published at SourceForge:
http://sf.net/projects/openemm/files/Op ... nEMM%206.2

OpenEMM 6.2 lets you throttle the speed of mailing delivery, offers an unlimited size for attachments, allows the global setting of follow-up actions for link clicks and provides some performance improvements (CMS and database). And all known bugs are fixed in this release. For the full list of features and bug fixes please have a look at the ChangeLog file:
http://www.openemm.org/fileadmin/docs/CHANGELOG.txt

You can upgrade from OpenEMM 5.4.x or later using the online update feature. In any case, please read file UPDATE.txt in directory /home/openemm afterwards to finish the updates process successfully - even if no warning or error message has been reported.

Furthermore, we enhanced the Install Guide with info on how to install OpenEMM on Ubuntu and with a separate section for database tuning. You can find the latest OpenEMM Install Guide here:
http://sf.net/projects/openemm/files/Op ... ersions%29

Please use this entry for your feedback - thank you for taking the time! For serious bugs we will provide patches via SourceForge as soon as possible, less critical bugs will be covered with maintenance release 6.2.1 scheduled for January or February.

The Windows version of OpenEMM 6.2 will be released within the next few days.

If you want to get notified when new patches or releases of OpenEMM are available, please visit our Twitter log at http://twitter.com/openemm or our Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/openemm .

If you like OpenEMM, please give us a "thumbs up" rating at http://sf.net/projects/openemm . This will help us to increase visibility of OpenEMM and grow the user community!

Sorry, we had to stop distribution of OpenEMM 6.2 temporarily because there seems to be a problem with the subscription process via web forms.

The bug prevented adding new subscribers via web forms and is fixed. If you already downloaded OpenEMM 6.2, you only have to replace file RecipientDaoImpl.class, available here:

http://sf.net/projects/openemm/files/Op ... nEMM%206.2

Online update for OpenEMM 6.2 has been resumed. Sorry for the trouble!
