Limit users to mailinglists?

Post by fred »

Hi,

I've seen some references to 'multi-client' setup in the commercial EMM manager. What I really miss now though, is the ability to limit users to certain mailinglists for one client.

Our use case would be that we have a mailinglist for our dealers and a mailinglist for end consumers at our company and I'd like to be able to give my co-workers right to edit/manage one of the two mailinglists (or mailings belonging to a certain campaign), but not both.

From what I can see now, I can only give them access to ALL or no mailings, or to ALL mailinglists or no mailinglist at all. Am I correct?

It's not that these mailinglists are for separate clients. On the contrary, dealers should also be able to receive end user mailings.

Greetings,

Fred.

Hello Fred,

your Post ist very old, but maybe your are alive... :D

I would say you are right!

And thats a problem for me too:
Not all users should see all lists.
I have different groups with different lists...

Do you find reasonable way with Open EMM?

Thanx
