Using AGNITAS tags in titles

Hello,
is there a way to use AGNITAS tags in titles,
e.g. to define a title like <Sehr geehrter Herr [agnDB column="akad_titel"]>?
Is it possible to omit the output of the last name after a [agnTITLE type=x] tag?
I would like to have a title like <Sehr geehrter Herr [agnDB column="akad_titel"],> with a comma on the end, which is omitted when the gender is not known.
