Are there companies that provide paid support for installation, configuration and implementation?
Also, for monthly ongoing support as well?

Actually All i need is support from a company that provides an SLA agreement.

you could install webmin, there's a sendmail module on it that greatly help

There are a lot that provides paid installation but some are not working and some are just scams. You can try what yvon suggested.
