Cannot find opt-outs in Recipient filters

Hello,

I am running OpenEMM 5.3.1. I sent a mailing and there were several one-click opt-outs. I want to be proactive and remove these addresses manually.

The statistics on the mailings clearly show several opt-out actions. Can someone tell me how I can see which recipients did the opt-out so I can list them and manually remove them from the system?

I am not well versed on manually messing with mySql. I can learn myself, I just need a couple pointers if shell level direct manipulation of the database is required to find the recipents that opted-out.
