GDPR

Post by GOT intermedia »

According to the OpenEMM 2015 manual we had user statuses as follows:
  • Active
  • Bounced
  • Opt-out by admin
  • Opt-out by recipient
  • Waiting for user confirmation
  • Blacklisted
  • Pending
Does the 2019 version still have all those statuses and how does it deal with the statuses that are no Active in order to be GDPR compliant. Does the system take care of example deleting opted-out e-mail adresses after a specific period of time or do we have to care about this manually. If OpenEMM does take care of this automatically, are there any settings for that can be adjusted?

Thanks in advance.

Please consult the OpenEMM manual at https://www.agnitas.de/en/download/openemm-manual/

OpenEMM 2019 provides a lot of features especially for GDPR compliance. Have a look at https://www.agnitas.de/en/e-marketing_m ... 6f47a-c457
