Mails not being recieved

Guys,
I have a problem while sending emails. The Mails are being sent by OpenEMM but its not being recieved by the normal recipients.its not even recived by administarators and test recipeints.
I get the following Error " Permission denied" and " Softbounce 400: getaddrinfo failed"
i see lot of files in the spool/Queue folder
Is there anything missing?

How do you know they are "sent"?

Where and under what circumstances do these errors appear?

Do you have multiple Oemm admin accounts and, if so, does the one you are using have sufficient permissions to send a mailing?
