No ready to send data file found

Post by asai »

Hi Guys,

First, thanks for providing a great open source tool for the public. I honor your generosity and willingness to share your skills freely.

Second, I have a slight problem with sending mails. I have configured and sent one mailing so far to 725 recipients with no problem. But on the second round, I'm not able to send any mails. This is what the console looks like:

This mailing is being generated at the moment.

Last delivery: May 25, 2007 9:53 AM, final delivery to all recipients
0 out of 0 E-Mails have been generated

Generation:

Delivery:
Scheduled send Time: May 25, 2007 9:45 AM
Generated E-Mails: 0
Total E-Mails: 0

Now, I have read the forum and tried to find the solution, but I can't find it yet. I have checked my pickdist.log file and I get the error "No ready to send data file". I have checked the update.log file and do not see any errors. I have the python-mysql module loaded. I'm running CentOS 4.4 on an old Compaq, with MySQL 5 and Python 2.3.4. I have checked openemm/var/spool/QUEUE and find nothing there. And I don't know enough to make sense of anything else.

Would you be able to break away from your busy schedules and offer some advice?

Thank you.
