Hi all,
Please allow one sentence about my background:
I do Email Marketing since 1994, have built countless mailing lists >100.000, Autoresponder Sequences, automated interest- and behavioral based Single Emails, Segmentation, API integrations with CRM.
You name it.

I was surprised that I never heard of OpenEMM.

After reading the OpenEMM description on the websites, after skimming the PDF manual and logging into the demo site, I still don't have a clue what it OpenEMM really does.
(You claim it's great for Email Marketing, but I could not even find a hint whether OpenEMM had the most basic functions like Opt-In Forms, Autoresponder Sequences.)

C'mon guys! Your software is pretty mature, isn't it?

Why don't you write up a real world benefit based description of OpenEMM and put this on your website?
Or make it easier to find.
Your guys must be loosing business like crazy.
If even a guy like me, doesn't get it at all...?

Where do I find a 5 minute wrap up of real world examples of what your s/w can do?
Perhaps some specific testimonials?
After so many years you must have truckloads full of great stories to tell, right?

Share them.

Thanks
Tom

PS: Does some lack of marketing OpenEMM explain why I never heard of you? ;)

Why don't you have a look at the manual to get a feeling what OpenEMM can do?

Imagine there's a guy who just looks for alternatives to Aweber, Mailchimp, arpreach.
He knows his stuff.

Perhaps he is with a multinational.

And you write: "Why don't you have a look at the manual to get a feeling what OpenEMM can do?"

My answer is:
"Because I skimmed it already, as I wrote earlier."

You don't want to make it easy for prospects to become your customer, right?

Looks we're not meeting your expectations.

In my view it's basic script designed to drive users to paid version.

I used interspire and it works.

Also interested in hearing from real users of EMM. How does it handle dkim, etc.
