Add multiple attachments

I am a newbie. Added this post in development forum but did not get any reply so posting it here.
I am trying to add multiple attachments. Something like sending a report campaign where you select the group containing recipients and each person gets the mail containing their own report. Can have the name of the person and name of the attachments same.
I want to know how I can add multiple attachments to the database and link it to individual users in the target groups. Is it even possible?
Also, Can this be done using dynamic templates? Can this be done if I do code changes?
