Import of my list

I currently have a very small list of users, which I would like to import into this software.
Can I do this? Its presently in MailChimp.
I use Mailchimp's data entry tool, Chimpadeedoo, to capture emails when I work at trade shows. Do you know if I can export those captured emails to a format that OEMM can easily import?
