tag to dynamically insert sender email

Hi everybody, I'm working in a cmpany from few months, they use OpenEMM 2011
We send newsletter campaign with different sender email, based on the mailing list
I use the same HTML template every time, and the unsubscribe link is a mailto href directed to the sender.
Now I manually set the sender mail in the mailto href to be the same as the mailing sender, but I would like to know how if exists a way to place the sender mail dinamically.
Is there a tag, or a placeholder, to insert in my HTML template that will be susbstiduted by the sender mail?
