Where to find Uploaded images via Picture Component

Where can i find the images that are uploaded through Picture Component and how to use those images in template ?
1. Upload your picture in tab "graphics components".
2. Open mailing content in tab "content".
3. Switch to HTML editor.
4. Click on button "image"
5. Click on button "browse server" in the popup window.
6. Select the image you want to include in the content of your mailing.
