User rights issues in openemm 2013

Hi
We are using Openemm 2013. we have created two users for sending mail lists and created user rights for those users its working fine. we need to create Users to view, edit only their mailing list, recipients list etc.. So that a users do not view, edit other users mailing list, recipients list etc.
The system provides access to all user to view others activity and has the option such that they cant be edited by certain users. we want each users to view ,edit only their activity not others.
Can you please give me a solution for this in Openemm?
