Restrict sender address

Hello,
Currently testing OpenEMM 2012 Beta3 and I have a question, is there a way to either lock the sender address to a specific value or allow only a number of preset senders ? This to prevent anyone to send out email with a sender like bigboss@mycompany....
If OpenEMM can not do that I guess I have to work with sendmail access control !
