Mail not sending

I installed openemm and it seems to work. I read the manual do everything it says to send mail. The mail gets generated I hit send...but nothing is ever delivered. Where so i go from here....I am stuck.....can someone please help me. I have no idea where to start

AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute 'DBase'
I have the python mysql module there.....I read from another post that fixed it for some that had same kind of problem.
Anyway any help is GREATLY appreciated
