how is datasource_id raised?

Hello Folks...

Im not 100% sure how datasource_id works.
Is it correct, that datasource_id raises with every import (beginning with 1).
And that every customer entered through an action has the datasource_id 0 ?

Thx 4 Help, didnt find information in the FAQs nor in the WIKI...

EDIT: Just found http://www.openemm.org/mediawiki/index. ... edirect=no in the WIKI, but it does not answer my question, if the datasource_id thought an action is always 0...
