OpenEMM Statistics

Post by RestLessGemini »

Friends,

I am using OpenEMM 5.0.2, I've installed it without bounce management.

I am having some trouble in reading Statistics, as I dont see it correct.

I have 20 recipients in a group and mailing list, I tried sending them an email with normal mailing, and It showed me that all 20 emails has been sent, 3 of the recipients didnt recieved the email, when I checked /var/log/maillog, I found this

************* Log Start ****************

Oct 14 12:13:01 trinity sendmail[10065]: STARTTLS=client, relay=astwizard.com., version=TLSv1/SSLv3, verify=FAIL, cipher=AES256-SHA, bits=256/256
Oct 14 12:13:19 trinity sendmail[10065]: 00000200000000003: to=<wiz>, delay=00:02:51, xdelay=00:00:22, mailer=esmtp, pri=0, relay=astwizard.com. [64.191.77.243], dsn=5.0.0, stat=Service unavailable
Oct 14 12:13:19 trinity sendmail[10065]: 00000200000000003: k9E7CBnj010065: DSN: Service unavailable
Oct 14 12:13:23 trinity sendmail[10065]: STARTTLS=client, relay=scs.net.pk., version=TLSv1/SSLv3, verify=FAIL, cipher=AES256-SHA, bits=256/256
Oct 14 12:13:40 trinity sendmail[10065]: k9E7CBnj010065: to=<arsal>, delay=00:00:21, xdelay=00:00:21, mailer=esmtp, pri=243909, relay=scs.net.pk. [64.191.77.243], dsn=5.0.0, stat=Service unavailable
Oct 14 12:13:40 trinity sendmail[10065]: k9E7CBnj010065: k9E7CBnk010065: return to sender: Service unavailable

************* Log End ****************

You can see "return to sender : Service unavailable" message in the log, where as when ever I get the statistics, it shows that all 20 emails were sent, plus I am also unable to see any IP address in IP statistics.

Please advice what to do and what I am missing.

Regards,

"20 mails sent" actually means that 20 mails are in the mailer queue , that's all . u can later see how many are bounced
