server.xml not created with runtime 19.10.009.016 (012 is ok)

Hi,

i tried several time to install OpenEMM with openemm-runtime-19.10.009.016.tar.gz.
I don´t get any /home/openemm/tomcat9/conf/server.xml created.

This is the info i get from

i found the old installer on my disk (19.10.009.012)
This installer is fine and i get OpenEMM Running now

BTW, latest version of the runtime/installer is 20.04.000.043.

i already tried the new installer, but it´s buggy and not usable for a scratch installation.
I tried OVA 20.04, but it´s currently not available.

I tried to upgrade the old OVA 19.* to 20.04, but this fails.
Installer complains about missing Phyton 3.8 and the Backend is NOT running anymore.

I will wait for the OVA Release and verifiy my scratch installation with OVA 20.04.

The OVA has some issues with GSSAPIAuthentication and sshd_config (useDNS no).
Makes SSH and Filezilla lag
