Click Statistic per Link

Hi,
I installed OVA image, OpenEMM works fine except the Statistic per Link; when I selected the link for statistics we have the follow web page error:

It seams that the Birt link not exist.....

What does the link look like? What is the content of field "rdir_domain" in table "company_tbl"?

Into Content of a mailing we have a link and the openEMM show it into Statistics Tab; if I click on one of "leading links" we have the issue about HTTP Status 400 – Bad Request

Into field rdir_domain we have the FQDN of my domain "http://mydomin.net".

An the resulting BIRT URL (the link to load the Birt statistics) does not look malformed?

Into OpenEMM OVA the "Birt report Viewer" is installed automatically or I need to install it ?

Hi,
I think you have a trailing / in your configuration for the urls.
Can you please check in the OpenEMMInstaller.sh -> Configuration -> Change configuration in db
that the values system.url, birt.url and birt.drilldownurl have no trailing /.
E.g. http://openemm.example.com and not http://openemm.example.com/

we do not have system.url, birt.url and birt.drilldownurl in "Change configuration in db"; the system.url, birt.url and birt.drilldownurl are defined in "emm.properties" and do not have "/" at the end. Below the Current menu: Change configuration in db
