Browser Hangs While Trying to Run the application

Hello Every body,

I am new to this forum,
I am in a urgency to deliver a project to the cleint. Early Response will be appriciated.

When i tried to run the application.
The browser keeps on trying to connect to server,
here is the log for your view.

I am trying to install OpenEMM locally.
i mean loal host..

When ever i try to open this application in the Webbrowser.it keeps on trying to connect to the server with out any resopnse.
