Upgraded but now missing?

I just upgraded by clicking the button in the admin panel, but now I can't connect at all to OpenEMM. I assume I've got some ports not lined up right anymore? I need everything to run at a normal domain level because adding on port numbers to the end of the domain name in the URL triggers a bunch of spam warnings in most email systems (yahoo, etc)

I've been editing the iptables, emm.properties, cms.properties -- but I haven't figured this out yet, any help would be appreciated.

The update protocol looks fine except for the missing file /home/openemm/var/run/bav.sock, but this is included in the new version, too.

Have you tried to restart OpenEMM? Anything in the logs (catalina.out)?

I've stopped and started it a couple times. Here's the log from the last try. It seems to start, I just don't know where it is...

You need Java 7 to run OpenEMM 2013 R2.
