error after installing when mailing

error when new mailing :
org.apache.jasper.JasperException: javax.servlet.ServletException: javax.servlet.jsp.JspException: ServletException in 'mailing/mailing-view-base.jsp': org.springframework.jdbc.CannotGetJdbcConnectionException: Could not get JDBC Connection; nested exception is org.apache.commons.dbcp.SQLNestedException: Cannot create PoolableConnectionFactory (Unknown database 'openemm_cms')
ERROR: Resource key "Could not get JDBC Connection; nested exception is org.apache.commons.dbcp.SQLNestedException: Cannot create PoolableConnectionFactory (Unknown database 'openemm_cms')" not found in default bundle
the name of the database is "openemm"
it is openemm-2011
what's wrong ?
