IF YOU INSTALL FOR THE FIRST TIME---JDK NOT FOUND

I installed

Mysqyl
python
Mysqyl database
Java SE 6 JDK
tomcat 6

then restarted.

Did everything step by step

Then when I got to "3 IF YOU INSTALL FOR THE FIRST TIME"
and on step 3.1 when I open setup.bat I get the error "JDK NOT FOUND"

I did try and reinstall/repair Java SE but I still get the error.

Any help would be appreciated, Thanks!
