VMX 2011 provided by OpenEMM problem

Post by CPWork »

I've downloaded the redhat VMX with a ready to run v2011 software installed.

Is there any documentation to get that working? I've found the old VMX v6.2 instructions, but I'm having issues try to gain access to the web interface once I reconfigure it with my WAN IP details.

I've added the VMX onto my VMware ESXi environment, no problem. I boot it up and can run on a windows machine via browser, no problem - all DHCP so works fine.

I want to allow customer to use the profile edit features as well as unsubscribe, so want it accessible via a WAN IP that i have from my provider.

The error I get within the browser is below. However, from another PC I can ping the VMX server using the WAN IP, on a pc not connected to the same network (eth0=static, eth1=dhcp). So ICMP packets are working, but via the browser openemm isn't loading for WAN access. as above, it is working fine for LAN access, so the openemm server must be fine...just the ip configuration????
