Import fails

Hi All,
Could you please help me to solve an issue?
Even if the message "Changes saved" appears when entering and saving a new recipient, the new recipient cannot be found in the address list.
The same problem occurs when importing addresses using a CSV file: Despite the confirmation of the successful import, the imported addresses cannot be found in the mailing list and the number of saved mail addresses in the target group remains unchanged. So no addresses were added.

Has someone any ideas why? For any hint we would be very grateful!
